Watch a diamond grow.
Every VARNI lab diamond begins as a wafer-thin seed inside a CVD reactor. Six scenes tell the whole six-week story — scroll at your own pace.
01 · The seed
A sliver of diamond seed.
Growth starts with a wafer of existing diamond, thinner than a credit card — the template for a perfect lattice.
02 · The chamber
Carbon-rich gas fills the chamber.
Methane and hydrogen flow into a sealed vacuum reactor — the raw ingredients of a diamond.
03 · Ignition
Plasma ignites at 3,000°C.
Microwave energy tears the gas apart into a glowing plasma of free carbon atoms.
04 · Deposition
Carbon rains onto the seed, atom by atom.
Carbon settles into the seed's lattice, replicating its structure one microscopic layer at a time.
05 · The crystal
Six weeks later: a rough diamond.
What emerges is chemically identical to a mined rough — grown, not extracted.
2.0ct round · drag to rotate
06 · The reveal
Cut. Polished. Certified.
Master cutters facet the rough to ideal proportions; an independent lab grades and inscribes it.
The result
A diamond grown with technology.
Not an alternative to a diamond — a smarter way to make one. Same crystal, same fire, a radically better story.
