Nothing at VARNI sits in a warehouse. Your stone is grown, cut and set for you — a two to three week ritual — then couriered to your door, insured for every mile.

Grown
Days 1–10Your stone is grown in a plasma reactor — carbon deposited atom by atom until the rough crystal reaches its target carat weight.
- 02
Cut & polished
Days 10–15Master cutters plan the rough digitally, then cut and polish to ideal proportions. The finished stone is graded and certified by independent gemologists.
- 03
Set & inspected
Days 15–19Goldsmiths cast your setting, set the stone by hand and finish every claw under magnification. A final quality pass checks security, symmetry and polish.

With you
Days 19–21Fully insured priority courier, trackable door to door. Most pieces arrive within two to three days of leaving the atelier.
You will receive an email at each milestone — when your stone finishes growing, when it passes certification, and the moment it ships with its tracking link. Bespoke commissions from the custom atelier follow the same rhythm, plus design time.
